We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, simply contact us here and we’ll guide you through the process.
If your item qualifies for a return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no worries.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition as when you received it
  • unworn or unusedin its original packaging
  • If we made a mistake with your engraving (e.g., wrong name or words), we will send you a new piece for free.

Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered, but the full product amount will be refunded once we receive the item.

Exceptions

  • Personalized items are made uniquely for you; therefore, they cannot be returned unless there is a defect or issue.
  • If your shipping address is incomplete (e.g., missing house number), we will contact you multiple times. If we do not receive the missing information within 7 days, we will ship the order to the original address provided. We cannot offer a refund if the package is delayed or undelivered for this reason — even if the order was a gift. Please respond promptly so we can deliver your order correctly.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • If you need to update your address or customization details, we can only make changes before your order is shipped.
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to request a cancellation.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the product is damaged
  • you receive the wrong item
  • the engraving is incorrect
  • the piece has any quality issues

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
