We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, simply contact us here and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please make sure that your item should be:
-in the same condition as when you received it
-unworn or unusedin its original packaging.

If we made a mistake with your engraving (e.g., wrong name or words), we will send you a new piece for free.
Please note: return shipping costs are not covered, but the full product amount will be refunded once we receive the item.

Personalized items are made uniquely for you; therefore, they cannot be returned unless there is a defect or issue.
